0 Eat and be merry

The past week has been a play of taste and mouth-watering goodness. First stop, the newly renovated, rock-oriented H&E (Heaven & Eggs). From a homey, garden breakfast setup, its interiors have been painted to both express art and rock. Its chandelier, a combination of LP vinyls and discoball lit the whole resto. The menu was also overhauled to carry the names of famous rockstars with their classic dishes.

SFX: Nirvana Unplugged followed by Maroon 5 MTVs.

Sample of their heart-stopping dishes:

Next stop:

After two days of attempting to stop by for dinner, we were able to eat at JiPan last Friday. Judging the food, presentation is A++, with a taste like your eating in one of Japan's side street food houses.

0 Till We Meet Again

It took some time for me to be able to gather my strength and write my farewell to one important person in my life.

December 31, 2008

What seemed to be a happy new year to some became the most clouded day of my life. I woke up hearing the labored breathing of my dad, who was seated in front of the television. At the back of my mind, I know it was the day, though in my silent prayers am hoping that the nurses could still do something about it. That he could still be revived. I must have drank an ample dose of courage for me to be able to accept the bad news, he was DOA. At around 5 a.m., he already left me and my bro.

I tried to be as calm as possible. Being her daughter and the eldest immediate relative, I faced some of the hardest questions of my life, questions that I wished school has taught me. But really, the harshest lessons in life are from reality. Burial, casket, transit and interment. I have to be responsible for those. I called my mom, who calmly accepted the news and prepared the necessaries for my dad's transfer to Laguna. Calling his siblings however, was a different story.

My aunt, bro and I sat beside his casket during the trip home. I must thank the funeral parlor cause they really took care of us during the whole trip. My dad still looked "gwapo" in his barong and gray slacks.

13 years ago, I could still vividly recall my lola's death, the same date as my father's. Then, we still celebrated New Year and had our share of games. But now, things have totally changed. No New Year greetings and cheers.
Me, mom and bro tucked together and slept peacefully amid the blast of firecrackers outside, for the next couple of days, sleep will be out of the picture.

The wake lasted 3 days and 3 nights. Friends and relatives come and go expressing their
support. Travel to Nagcarlan is a feat, and the effort alone to get there and be with us during our darkest days is more than enough to be thankful for.

His sent off was peaceful, the sun shone brightly that day. The church was filled with family, friends, relatives and colleagues. He was accompanied by my cousin's little angel, Edward Albert.

Pappy is now at peace and sleeping. I know, his now smiling at me together with Ina, Ama, and his sibs above. I may have not been very vocal to him about it, but pappy, I do hope that you felt how much I care for you. Yes, maybe I am truly a papa's girl, though I may not admit it. I'm sure gonna miss you. Our kulitan, the laughter, the way you wake me every morning and remind me that I need to go to work. The way you tease how chubby I am and how I would retort "di bale, cute naman ako."

One day, our roads will meet again...

I love you.

0 Goodbye darLo

Guess you can't really have the best of both worlds...

I went to Gateway last night to get my umbrella from Zane and to return her flops. I was also with Dhennis (well that's another ish). It was so fun to be with them that it never occurred to me that it would be the last night I'll be with darLo

Back track to what happened August 14:

@ Went to our CoCAAI oath-taking which was followed by a luncheon meeting.
@ Went to office (business as usual)
@ Texted Zane regarding the meet-up (badly need to get the umbrella)
@ Since Dhennis was @ the vicinity as well, we decided to meet up.

~~~~
I don't wanna recall how I lost darLo but the incident was registered in the security's records, had me talking to various food court crew and left me almost begging to the man who answered the phone to return it. The incident capped off my long exhausting day.
Well I guess things do happen for a reason that only He can tell. One thing am thankful is the fact that I didn't got hurt. darLo left without giving me a bruise but only with tears in my eyes.
I'll surely miss it. But am looking forward to having a new darLo in my life. Maybe a few months from now.
At the end of the day, karma will still be knocking our doors...
0 Reunion i: Alumni Homecoming
Our alumni homecoming was FUN. Together with some of the Joinx, we had a feast of scrumptious food (which was really worth the so and so amount we have to pay for). Along with the abundant food on the buffet table, new edition of grammar bloopers and juicy stories also were shared. Mind you, the usual suspect was back with a whole lot of mind-boggling anecdotes.
Cameras were flashing here, there and everywhere that it felt like some permanent, fake smile already was plastered upon our faces. Really, smiling for the cameras can be exhausting...whew!
Then we had this nomination thingee wherein an alumni can nominate his fellow alumni to be a part of the college alumni association. Unfortunately, I became a part of the "lucky" fifteen. Anyway, I guess that's the BOSSING's way to expand my social circle.
After the party, my good ol' friend Homer invited us for one hell of a ride in his new Vios. We had coffee at Libis then dropped Rhon and Patrick at Makati. He was also kind enough to drop me and Zane at Cubao. As usual, I didn't went straight home but instead spent the night exchanging thoughts with my twin at her crib.
Indeed, we have all grown up and are now weaving our path to success. Still, in my heart they are the same old gang I had in college. They are my homies, with them am at peace. *sob...sob*
Can't wait to be with them again...
0 Reunions
Alumni Homecoming.
No, am not going back to the portals of my Sintang Paaralan but will be partying with some familiar faces on the 2nd at some garden buffet joint in Timog.
Am not really fond of such activities but the idea that my college homies will be there as well gives me all the reason to attend.
Together Again for a Night.
On the 30th, am more than excited to watch the one-night only event of the, if not, coolest band to ever hit the Pinoy music scene. Cant wait!
August will be a season of reunions indeed.
0 Walkathon
Reminder to self: Add MRT Ayala Station to PBCom Tower walkathon to daily routine.
Yup. I am starting my "shed-some-extra-pounds" journey by making a pact with myself to:
a.) lessen my rice intake but not to the point of starving myself.
b.) make walking an option. ergo: walking to my office every morning.
Not only do I help combat those unsightly flabs, am also lessening my carbon footprint and saving some pennies (hey, if I do walk every morning, I get to save around P11.00 daily...hmmm)
It just takes self-discipline...
I know i can do it... ;p
0 You On My Mind
I've been thinking of you lately, wonderin' if staying would do me good.
I guess I need to slow down...get unattached before I get caught hook, line and sinker.
I've always been like this...you weren't the first person I became this close with.
Coward as I may seem to be, I just don't wanna get hurt again and be taken for granted for the nth time.
Draw the line I must...
In time, I'll get used to this...
But still I won't leave...I won't.
0 Starry Starry Night
Doomed.
Birth borrowed
Fate ill destined
Identity copied
From a Vincent that never shined.
Dropped school
Worked and wondered
Finding passion; seeking reason
In an existence denied
Am a forgotten progeny
That no one hears
Dark as the night, the road I lead
Ascetic I resolved
Forgot the shaving, forgot bathing
Dealt with Him, I, a paranoid schizoid
Moralizing His profundity
Still, no one listens
Mutilated lobe
A piece of me
Priceless dowry of ardor
To Sien by the brothel
Rubbished emotion
Am I heard? No, not at all
Theo and Gaugin
Bade in the midnight of my sorrows
Palette and brush
Rekindles dying flames
Inside this pitch black poke
Staring to the starry night
With the taste of tube paint on my lips
An attempt to submit into the voices within
Ending this misery I do pray,
But still nobody would want to listen.
Silver bullet unto my chest
Ended bouts of paranoia and delusion
In this cradle I lay
Soaking in red
Deserted
I mouth
"Sadness will last forever"
Eyes closed; feet flat
A portrait of surrender
0 Red Letter Day '08
How did my red letter day went? Well, I know its darn too late to post this but I got all so caught up with a lot of things to do ... awww... so sad. Anyway, here's my blow by blow account.
Mawnin
I got up pretty early and greeted all the people celebrating the same red letter day as I do: my kid bro (who is five years younger) and twin sistah by birth date Zane (she's two hours older than me.) :) It is great to have people you truly love to spend the same great day with you.
Since it was still SB observation week, I wore a purple knitted turtle neck top. Kewl! Honestly, I was not in the mood to w
ork. I was a bit sleepy... hihihi!
To my surprise, the SB team gave me
a:
dan...dan...dan...dan
A scrumptious chocolate dome cheesecake
The cake's appearance alone made my mouth water. Yum! Am such a sweet tooth. It was very thoughtful of them to remember that my birthday's never complete without a cake. *tears*
Then I met my mom and my bro for a festive dinner @ macapagal seafood market. yummy!
two days later:
I had my celebration with the joinx! at tiendisitas. It was cool to celebrate dinner with the guys and their pets. And it was nice to know that they're all in a happy and stable relationship. Big bro Homer anticipated my pet, but there was no such thing as "my pet." It all ended up in a booze party... kewl!
0 Hell Day!
kewl! I surpassed hell day! yahoo!
actually my day didn't start quite right. got shoved at the MRT, which caused my backache then cut stop at the elevator, waited for around 15 minutes. once I got on my seat, the team told me not to take a look at the scores which was way unacceptable. christ!
hmmm... what else... observation followed. bad news, it was a slow GMA day. talking about bad luck! whatelse?! i run out of load and my friends told me I cant have my moolah yet. :( am freakin' broke!
tomorrow's my red letter day, hope I be blessed with a lil luck...
0 my first laid back weekend
I had a really fun weekend before I faced hell week. Mye and Meann were @ mt place an we get to uber bond. Saturday ended as one "hintayan and sunduan day." Tiring it may seem to be, it ended up fun, fun, fun. Strolled glorietta, watchd a bit of Kyla's performance (which Mye missed due to some office tangles), ate our hearts out then Rhon joined us for some games. We went home @ midnight, had some booze sessions, got drunk then slept till late Sunday mawnin.
Sunday was a laid back day. We all had a i-dont-wanna-think-about work mode. Mye helped me do the laundry. Every meal was hearty, thanks to yours truly. Then meann woke up from her miday nap and joined me in watching "Before Sunrise." OMG! It really made me inis and sad and kilig...
Afternoon coffee. Then hearty sinigang for dinner, then hmmm....
Mye and I had some serious talk about life, the future and what we wanted our lives to be. It was a heartfelt moment.
Monday mawnin, we all have to leave early... They have to go to work. Mye's flight to Ilocos was scheduled @ midnight, while I have to be early for work because it Jess and the new boss will be coming over for a four day stay.
Things were really fun. The laid back moment has given me time to just relax. I wish I can replicate the same weekend again...
Friday, January 25
0 What will happen next?
Two days more before hell week begins. Seriously, am having mixed emotions... :(
Hope this weekend will be a whole lot of fun before I get grilled Wednesday...
Am starting to dread the coming of my red-letter day.
And I still have a whole load of assignment to finish.
This is driving me nucking futs!
What will happen next, only Him can tell.
0 post New Year drama...
Seriously, my new year started way too different than I expected. 'Twas chaotic.
I had a misunderstanding with someone who I haven't seen for the longest time. You see, New year for me was always a time for myself, to be crazy, to contemplate and to do things my way... and this year, I chose to celebrate it with the family of one of the dearest person in my life. But things turned sour when my mom texted me, informing me she was coming home to celebrate new year with me and my bro. not that I don't want to be n her company, but my family is not the kind who celebrates new year ... so I decided to continue my plan, though I already informed my friend that I might just come over. But as the time neared hitting 12, with the dilemma whether to go home or not, I decided to stick with my original plan of merry making with my friend's family.
I love the feeling whenever they treat me like one of them. Tita, actually the whole family, never failed to make me feel like I was a part of their own. Twas' relieving 'coz for the past 3 or 4 years, I celebrate new year alone either at my place or at work. And breaking the monotony of celebrating alone while still being able to think of what I plan to do the coming year was really a breather.After all the fireworks an the booze, 2 hours after midnight, as I was about to cap of the night and get ready to change to my sleep clothes, my friend decided to send me home, telling me that I should be at home because my mom's there. Shocked was an understatement. Yes I know what she told me makes perfect sense but it was really out of the blue. We had a little exchange of bargaining. I even heard tita saying, "if she doesn't want to go home, an she's enjoying herself here, don't force her, it wouldn't make her happier." But, knowing my friend, she prevailed. Before I left, tita even asked me, "Are you sure you really want to go home already, you can stay... " I just shook my head, kissed her goodbye and said, "Ihahatid na po nila ako eh, I'll be okay," but deep within ... I am disheartened.
They drove me home at around three in the morning. On our way home, (as if we are not seated side by side) I sent a message to my friend regarding how bad it felt to be dumped ... she replied it was the right thing to do, coz' its new year. I can't remember what exactly she said, all I can remember is that it was about being happy... which I replied "am not." When they dropped me off, just as expected, there was nothing special at my place. We didn't make the usual beso we are used to, and I know I was rude coz I didn't even uttered thanks to the one who drove me home. Then I heard her sorry, but I was too deaf at that moment to hear it. Bro was outside somewhere drinking with his homies, mom's, well, asleep (tired from her travel), and dad as well.
That night, I was the only one up. I can't play loud music, enough to shake the whole place coz I'll wake them up. When I went to check my mom, I decided to sleep beside her, what she muttered was "umaga na ah... buti hindi ka naisgrasa sa putukan..." then turned her back and continued her sleep. I was mindless that morning, and since I was intoxicated with Red Horse, I drifted into a deep slumber.
My morning wake up call started with a bang... seriously! My mom was nagging... what the?! It was way way bad... and it was serious. My bro and I couldn't do anything but silently pray with hopes the nagging would end. Knowing my mom, I know she'll stop but the whole nagging thing lasted for hours. whew! Funny but after all th sermon, she said "hala, kain na..." good thing she pacified.
What happened after in our household that day was a mix of old things dumped in the biggest garbaged bag I have ever seen,
0 sadness from within there is...
Am missing a lot of people lately, people whom I used to laugh and share jokes with. I really hate the feeling of being alone and take for granted. It kills me whenever I miss someone yet I know the timing isn't right. I almost cried a tear at the MRT early today anticipating that I'll be seeing people dear to me ... but reality bites, still, it's me myself and I.
I pray that for this year, this will be the final blow of loneliness. And if I could just make a wish... I'd highly appreciate a line or two informing me that hey am still alive and kickin' ass.
1 Ang bus nga naman...
Lunes, pagkatapos ng mahabang araw sa opisina,sumama akong maghapunan sa aking mga ka-opisina. Sarap ng kain, sarap ng kwentuhan, pare-pareho naming di namalayang dis-oras na pala ng gabi. At sa pagbaba ng aking ka-opisina sa Boni nagsimula ang lahat...
Bumaba ako ng Shaw, naghanda sa pag-aabang sa bus na pa-Malinta Exit. sumilong ako sa waiting shed, at habang naghihintay, nilibang ko ang aking sarili sa pakikinig sa programa ni King DJ Logan. Ninamnam ko ang bawat kanta habang matamaang inaabangan ang pagdating ng bus. Lumipas ang mga minuto, dumaan ang kung may ilang bus ngunit wala pa rin ang aking pinakaiintay. Siguro nga'y pinagtatawanan na ako ni ateng nagtitinda ng yosi't kendi dahil sa dami ng dumaan, matiyaga pa rin akong naghintay. Nagpalakad-lakad, nagpabalik-balik, ngunit bigo pa rin akong makasakay. Alam kong magmamadaling araw na, malapit na ring matapos ang programa ni KDL, ngunit andoon pa rin ako, naghihintay. Umusal ako ng panalangin ... ngunit ako'y bigo. Hanggang sa may samu't saring diwang biglang nagsalimbayan sa aking isip.
Bigla na lang sumagi sa aking pagal na kasipan, ang paghihintay pala ng bus ay parang pag-ibig. Oo, alam ko nakakatawa. Pero isipin mo, di ba naghihintay ka rin? Nagbabakasakaling baka may dumating. Pag may dumating, minsan magiging isang maligayang karanasan ito at makakarating ka ng matiwasay sa iyong patutunguhan. Maaari ka rin namang matatagtag sa masalimuot na mga daan. Minsan, pwede kang pumili, minsan naman, sa tumal ng pagdaan nila, nagkakasya ka na lang sa kahit anong dumaan. O dili kaya, katulad ng nangyari sa akin ng gabing yun, sumuko na ko't sumakay sa ibang biyahe sa tagal ng paghihintay.
Ang nangyari saki'y isang mahabang paghihintay na may kalakip na pag-asa't panalangin na may daraan pa. Isang bus na ihahatid ako ng diretso sa aking patutunguhan. Oo, may dumaan, Malinta exit, pero hanggang doon lang, at hindi sa dapat kong patunguhan.
Minsan maiisip mo, sayang ang panahon ng paghihintay, paghihintay na ang dinulot ay sakit sa binti at paltos sa paa. Sanay hindi ka na umasang may darating pang byahe ... pero sa mga pangyayaring tulad noon, dun ka matututo. Yun ang huhubog sa iyo para sa susunod, alam mo ng gagawin.
At ng matapos ang isang oras na paghihintay at isa't kalahating oras na biyahe, nakarating na rin ako ng matiwasay sa aming tahanan.
Elevator was jam packed early today ... took forever to get to the 41st floor unlike in this one (ooppsss, R-18 for this photo)
And while I pray that the elevator would stop straight at the 41st floor, ironically, it did not. It have to stop at each floor. :(
0 at the end of the rainbow, there's a pot of gold
Last week was a total disaster. I lost my dear phone on Tuesday. (MRT sucks, really) Some android from outer space tried invading my privy life... (sorry, am way too sober now) and somehow I get way out of budget... (lost some moolah there...)
But hell would I be bothered?
Sure I miss my phone, it's the first brand new mobile I bought out of my paycheck, and I miss the songs saved on the MP3...
however...
My friend's mom just proposed last Friday that I use her card to buy a new freakin' phone. How's that for a Christmas present? Who wouldn't be motivated to work with that kind of reward. Am also planning to grab as much Starbucks coffee as I can so that I'll be able to redeem my planner. Yahoo!
And though I know it would be a tough Monday, I still attended the Grand Marian procession Sunday and danced my ass, clapped and shouted "Sa Birhen!" together with almost every Pakileño and my dear bro and mom, who just like, me invaded the streets of Intramuros and offering prayers and hopes to our Lady of Sorrows or known to my native town as Birhen ng Turumba. (by the way, it was mom's birthday too, so I had to offer extra wishes and prayers for her. )
And the best of this week is yet to come...
~moolah on Friday
~drinking marathon aka get together with my college blockmates to cap off the week
~shopping for my new Phone...
Can't wait! :)
A Tribute To The Bridge…
March 23, 2006
This goes out to the ones who were faithful to their partners. Those who loved them with all that they can. To the ones who cared for their partner. To those who gave everything to them until the very end, and sometimes beyond that. To those who insisted that they are the most beautiful person in the whole world, even though they say otherwise. The person who instilled confidence where was none. To individuals who filled the void of emptiness in their hearts and yet in the very end, their partners would say, “I’m not good enough for you.” “It didn’t work out” and followed by the words “I’ve found someone new.”
To the ones who were left broken hearted but kept their head high. To the ones who made their former partners a better person to be with. A tribute goes out to the people who became the bridge for someone else. To the ones who thanked for being to “perfect” and was wished that someone better would come along. Someone, who was better than them, was assured would come along. Yet, the bridge returns to the cycle of being who they are.
This tribute goes out to those who could only hope that their current relationship would end like they planned and that for their dreams to be fulfilled.
Someone else better will come along. we could only hope and wish.
How ironic? Would you believe that I got this post from someone whom little did the person knew that he has done the same thing...Now I realize, wheels do turn...bad news though, I was the one at the receiving end... :(
0 Smoke and Vodka
"In times of uber depression, have a little puff and a little drink to ease the pain, feign laughter and hide miseries..."
It is not an addiction, it's something I cling to whenever am down in the dumps.
My friends know me better. I do not smoke just for the fun of it, but to alleviate and release the pains and anxieties that I have inside that words can not describe.
1 Making a Baby
Got this one from a friend (maybe she sent it knowing that I really wanna have a kid of my own...)
MAKING A BABY...
There is not one dirty word in it, and it is funny.
The Smiths were unable to conceive children and decided to
use a surrogate father to start their family. On the day
the proxy father was to arrive, Mr.Smith kissed his wife
goodbye and said, "Well, I'm off now. The man should be
here soon."
Half an hour later, just by chance, a door-to-door baby
photographer happened to ring the doorbell, hoping to make
a sale. "Good morning,Ma'am", he said, "I've come to..."
"Oh, no need to explain,"Mrs. Smith cut in, embarrassed,
"I've been expecting you."
"Have you really?" said the photographer. "Well, that's
good. Did you know babies are my specialty?"
"Well that's what my husband and I had hoped. Please come
in and have a seat".
After a moment she asked, blushing, "Well, where do we
start?"
"Leave everything to me. I usually try two in the bathtub,
one on the couch, and perhaps a couple on the bed. And
sometimes the living room floor is fun. You can really
spread out there."
"Bathtub, living room floor? No wonder it didn't work out
for Harry and me!"
"Well, Ma'am, none of us can guarantee a good one every
time. But if we try several different positions and I shoot
from six or seven angles, I'm sure you'll be pleased with
the results."
"My, that's a lot!" gasped Mrs. Smith.
"Ma'am, in my line of work a man has to take his time. I'd
love to be in and out in five minutes, but I'm sure you'd
be disappointed with that."
"Don't I know it," said Mrs. Smith quietly.
The photographer opened his briefcase and pulled out a
portfolio of his baby pictures. "This was done on the top
of a bus," he said.
"Oh, my God!" Mrs. Smith exclaimed, grasping at her throat.
"And these twins turned out exceptionally well - when
you consider their mother was so difficult to work with."
"She was difficult?" asked Mrs.Smith.
"Yes, I'm afraid so. I finally had to take her to the park
to get the job done right. People were crowding around
four and five deep to get a good look"
"Four and five deep?" said Mrs. Smith, her eyes wide with
amazement.
"Yes", the photographer replied. "And for more than three
hours, too. The mother was constantly squealing and yelling
- I could hardly concentrate, and when darkness approached
I had to rush my shots. Finally, when the squirrels began
nibbling on my equipment, I just had to pack it all in."
Mrs. Smith leaned forward. "Do you mean they actually
chewed on your, uh...equipment?"
"It's true, Ma'am, yes.. Well, if you're ready, I'll set-up
my tripod and we can get to work right away."
"Tripod ?"
"Oh yes, Ma'am. I need to use a tripod to rest my Canon on.
It's much too big to be held in the hand very long.
Mrs. Smith fainted!!
1 I
And then it was just me and I…
Awake. Counting sheep. Thinking endless thoughts and racing with words running in my head crazily that I just can’t figure out what to say.
Sometimes I wish I know how to hate, know how to scream and to get mad. Guess what, I only know how to cry, to keep silent and painstakingly handle pain.
And just when I thought I can smile… then again I was wrong.
0 Noah's Ark
I sat
Hyped
In this ride
I am seeing
From this square frame
Portraits of the outside life
A man selling dailies
A kid with jasmine leis
A mother with a kid
All for the grace of a dime
And even inside the confines
Of this four-wheeled coffin
Still are sights to behold.
The pilot blowing his horn
Road his home; memorized
Bottlenecking
His co-pilot
Nails long; hands gripping his coins tightly
Keenly looking for Judas not pay
The lady in black,
Rows ahead of me
Surrendered in the deep
Undisturbed of pits and hard breaks
A baby wails in unison with the croaky FM music
But the sounds turned indistinct
When the box started to fly
Different faces at stream
Studious, oblivious, but mostly religious
Calling out His name, of martyrs and saints
Offering their lives bound into the unknown
Minutes more
I
Sighed in relief
Espela the bus went
Thanks to the Highest
Red letter day is still mine.
0 Stuck
stuck in this abyss
my solitude disturbed
you came to say hello
the moonlight saw the love that was in our eyes...
a promise we made, sealed with loving kisses...
'twas sweet, 'twas forever.
gone is the blue moon
end of the line
was where I am left
your eyes spoke eternity no more
torn was i
living in a lie
passion was gone
our mess undone
to pick the pieces would mean rekindling lies
stay i want, while this heart dies...
what you call this heart of mine
dumb? vulnerable?
definitely, one thing i know
stuck
for feeling this
for loving
for assuming your mine...
0 Here I Am
I am now trying to start my life all over again. Thank God I already landed in a job that I will never stop me from learning. Okay, so am not yet working in a magazine rubbing elbows with hot celebs...but with a boss who is SOMEONE over the land of milk and honey is big deal. Plus I have cool office buddies, an office location towering the business district, the bay and is close to "heaven." Yes I still follow my own bundy clock (my boss will kill me for this...)
In weeks time, am going back to the portals of my Alma Mater, contemplating the works of Em Griffin and his colleagues as I venture the world of Masters in Communication. Kewl!
Still, am the same old providing daughter (bwahahaha!) who is a coffee addict, a rascal and someone who enjoys freedom. Though am still tied into some emotional tangles, I know I'll get by.
And maybe, make this blogging a habit... this seems to be fun...
One day, am gonna sit my ass, gather my thoughts and succumb to the hopeless romantic in me by publishing mushy, gooey stories. (hey, I miss that...)
